These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") are entered into by and between you ("you," "your," or "User") and Building Blocks for Better Behavior LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"). These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy govern your access to and use of our website at www.buildingblocksbehavior.com (the "Site"), including the parent portal, self-guided course, downloadable materials, and any consultation services offered through the Site (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Site or Services, or by clicking to accept these Terms when prompted, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site or Services.

1 Eligibility

To access or use the Site or purchase any Service, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using this Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of Services

Building Blocks for Better Behavior LLC offers the following through the Site:

Self-Guided Course. A digital parenting education course delivered through a password-protected parent portal, consisting of video modules, downloadable handouts, and worksheets. The course teaches evidence-informed behavioral parenting strategies for caregivers of children ages 2 to 7.

Optional Consultation Calls. Purchasers of the course may book a one-time 30-minute or 60-minute consultation call with Abril Padron, LPC, for additional educational support and guidance related to course content.

3. Educational Content Only — Not Therapy

IMPORTANT: ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, VIDEOS, HANDOUTS, WORKSHEETS, AND CONSULTATION CALLS PROVIDED THROUGH THIS SITE AND THE SERVICES ARE FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

The Services do not constitute and are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, therapy, counseling, psychological services, or medical advice. No provider-client, therapist-client, fiduciary, or other professional clinical relationship is created between you and Building Blocks for Better Behavior LLC or Abril Padron, LPC by purchasing or using any Service.

Consultation calls are one-time educational support sessions and do not constitute therapy, ongoing clinical care, or the establishment of a therapeutic relationship. Abril Padron, LPC is providing educational guidance only in her capacity as a parenting educator, not as your therapist or treatment provider.

If you or your child are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical evaluation or treatment, please contact a separate licensed mental health provider, your child's pediatrician, or emergency services.

For licensed professionals and clinicians: Completion of this course does not constitute clinical supervision, does not fulfill any licensure, certification, or continuing education requirement unless expressly stated, and does not confer PCIT certification or any credential recognized by a licensing board. Professionals are responsible for ensuring that their use of course content complies with their own licensing rules, scope of practice, and any applicable professional standards.
